By registering for the Disney's Mobile Program you will be eligible for the following:

- Access to character Meet and Greet locations via Text

- Personalized information about your Disney Resort stay (if applicable)
Your mobile number provides us the ability to send you messages via text as well
as allows you to access information such as wait times and character locations via
text messaging. You can opt-out of receiving these messages anytime you wish by:
Texting STOP in response to any Disney Parks' Mobile Message; Calling 888-635-0110
and entering your mobile number (allow up to 30 days to be removed); or by clicking here and electing
to opt-out.
By providing your favorite character, Disney will be able customize future messages
and notify you of appearances by that character in the Theme Parks.
For those guests staying at a Disney Resort property, Disney will be able to provide
you with information specific to your reservation to make your check-in and stay
as seamless as possible.
Disney does not charge for the use of this program, however you might incur data
or text message charges from your mobile carrier. Please check your contract with
your mobile carrier to confirm any charges that you might incur for accessing the
mobile web or for receiving text messages.
Anyone with a U.S. Mobile phone can join the program. If there are multiple phones
registered from the same household, we will limit certain messages to just one mobile
phone to prevent duplication on some of the messages. All phones will have access
to the wait times and character locations.

Mobile Magic is the only official Disney Parks app. And it's only on Verizon Wireless.
Mobile Magic enhances your Disney Parks experience, giving you valuable information
such as attraction wait times and FASTPASS return times for the park you are in
and the ability to find your favorite characters. The app leverages GPS technology
to pinpoint your location and displays what's happening nearby. Users can also access
the application to plan vacations from home. The application offers live competitive
trivia games and other surprises to keep you entertained while at the park, or at
home.

There are three easy ways to get Mobile Magic: (1) Text MAGIC to 2777; (2) Visit
the Verizon Media Store; or (3) Go to the Media Center on your
Verizon Wireless Phone and select Browse & Download. Mobile Magic is in the Travel
& Navigation folder.
Your application is active for 180 days.
Disney Parks Mobile Magic costs $9.99 to download and use for 180 days. Once you
download the app, you will not be charged for additional data usage.
Disney Parks Mobile Magic works on the following phones with Verizon service contracts (not available on pre-paid phones).

The downloaded application will reside in a device specific location (refer to handset
owner's manual for details on where downloaded apps reside). For example, using
LG handsets, once the application loads to your handset, you will find the application
under the "Media Center" in Category 5 "Browse & Download".
A location-based service (LBS) is a software application for a mobile device that
enables the mobile device to be located on a network or within a geographic specific
setting (like a Disney Theme Park). LBS leverages GPS satelites to provide location
information.
LBS settings differ by phone model. For most phones you can try the steps outlined
below. If this doesn't work, please contact your wireless carrier.

Disney Parks Mobile Magic works in the US on the Verizon Wireless Network. Certain
features such as detailed character appearances and specific attraction wait times
are only enabled when you're at Walt Disney World or the Disneyland Resort Theme
Park.
You should fully charge your phone before heading to the park each day.

If your phone has a web browser, you can access the mobile web. Check with your
mobile carrier and be sure to confirm if there are any additional charges that will

The experience is similar to browsing www.disneyworld.com as you would at home computer,
but redesigned for the mobile phone environment.
Please be patient, it can take 24 – 72 hours to get you set up to participate.

During your Disney Parks visit (as provided by you on the registration page) you
will receive a text message in the morning asking which park you are planning to
visit that day.
You will be allowed to text for wait times, character locations, and park hours
up to 4 times per day. However, your access to the Mobile Website is unlimited,
where you can access this information and more. Standard data rates from your mobile
carrier may apply.
Check with your mobile carrier and be sure to confirm if there are any additional
charges that will be incurred for using the text feature on your phone.

"Stop" to any text message that you receive to your mobile phone, or by calling

Requests for information via text messages (park hours, attraction wait times, and
Character Meet and Greet information) can be accessed by each mobile phone up to
4 times a day. After the 4 message limit you will have to wait until the following
day to access again. You will however be able to access the mobile website as often
as you wish as long as you have a data plan through your mobile carrier.

After you register, text MEET and the name of the character you're looking for to

Per day of your visit, you will send and receive anywhere from 1-12 messages a day
depending on how many attractions or characters you text for information.
You are still eligible to sign up to access wait time information and character
locations and times. You will have the same restrictions as other users (up to 4
requests for attraction wait times and character meet/greet locations per day),
but you will be able to access this information on your schedule, up to 12 days
per year. You can always access the Mobile Website for similar information as often
as you like.
The Disney Parks Mobile Websites have information about Theme Park hours, attractions,
characters, as well as shopping and dining. Just go to m.disneyland.com for Disneyland
Resort or m.disneyworld.com for Walt Disney World Resort information from your mobile
handset. Standard data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
